Brave New Realms
In this in-person group, we’ll enter a fantasy world through a tabletop role-playing game and encounter one another while playing fictional roles and engaging in imaginative scenarios.
SPACE For Parents Group
Our SPACE Parent Group offers a deeper, hands-on experience where you'll learn how to make real, sustainable changes in the way your family responds to anxiety.
For Women By Women

For neurodivergent teens (living with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.) who also identify as LGBTQIA+ or are exploring their gender/sexuality. Participants will build executive functioning skills, learn healthy coping strategies, explore identity in a safe space, and more.
