When Parenting Feels Impossible

Join our parent group and build the skills to support your teen and yourself with confidence and compassion.

Parenting an adolescent is challenging, especially when emotional highs and lows take center stage. If your teen is struggling with emotional regulation, we’re here to support you.

Engaging, interactive sessions led by experienced DBT-A (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents) trained therapists.
