A six-week virtual group for adults 18+ anywhere in New York State who know or suspect they have ADHD and/or autism, with or without a formal diagnosis. A place to understand how neurodivergence shapes your life, and to connect with people who get it.
How This Group Works
Each session pairs open processing with psychoeducation. Topics emerge from the group, so the conversation follows what matters to the people in the room
