As a psychotherapist at Impact Psychological Services, I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, both past and present. My work is deeply rooted in Attachment Theory and honors the mind-body-emotion connection. I am passionate about supporting new and expecting parents, those navigating fertility issues and pregnancy loss, chronic pain sufferers, and individuals who struggle to build and maintain relationships.
My approach is trauma-informed, highly relational, and grounded in a strong therapeutic alliance. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and was trained in EMDR by the Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute.
Seeking therapy is a brave choice. It can feel intimidating, but with the right support, it can be transformative. I tailor therapy to your needs, preferences, and learning style. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide detailed receipts (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Fee: $250 per session
