COMMUNITY WORKSHOP, BASEBALL SEASON

Confidence, focus,
and resilience on the field.

A one-hour virtual workshop for coaches and parents of young athletes, ages 5 to 15. Practical, developmentally appropriate tools you can bring to the next practice or game.

When: Thursday, Sept. 17 | 8:00 PM
Where: Virtual | 1 hour
Presenter: Eddie Schnecker

What you'll leave with

Practical, developmentally appropriate tools to support young athletes on and off the field. Everything in this workshop is ready to use at the next practice or game.

Confidence-building language

Simple, practical ways to communicate that build confidence, without pressure or false reassurance.

What to say, what to avoid

The words that help when emotions run high, and the phrases well-meaning adults reach for that actually undermine.

Development over outcomes

How to keep kids focused on their own growth, so wins and losses stop defining the season.

Encouragement from the stands

How parents can offer visible support during a game without adding pressure or overriding the coach.

Reset after mistakes

Language and rituals for resilience: how young athletes recover their footing after a strikeout, an error, or a rough inning.

Ready-to-use tools

Every idea in the workshop travels with you: cue phrases, brief routines, and short check-ins to bring to the next practice.
